■The 6th Asian Crisis Management Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur (Oct22-23, 2008)
■Comprehensive Disaster Management Drill 2008 was conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Seoul, and Taipei rescue team(Aug 31, 2008)　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　■Tokyo Metropolitan Government carried out the exercises to practice responses to large-scale terrorist incidents. (Nov. 9, 2007)
■Fifth Asian Crisis Management Conference was held in Jakarta. (Oct. 24-25, 2007)
■Comprehensive Disaster Management Drill was conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Taipei rescue team. (Sep. 1, 2007)
■Fourth Asian Crisis Management Conference in Singapore (Nov. 16-17, 2006)

This is a project for development of human resources concerned with crisis management as well as endeavoring to share experience and know-how in crisis management and promoting the accumulation thereof among cities participating in ANMC21. 　
In addition an Emergency Hot Line has been created among the participating cities in order to facilitate the timely exchange of information in both normal times as well as times of disaster.

【2】Exchange of Information via Emergency Hot Line
Information is exchanged among participating cities regarding crisis management in both
normal times as well as times of disaster through the Emergency Hot Line,
which makes use of a mailing list.

【3】Human Resource Development
A Human Resource Development project is implemented via the Asian Crisis Management
Conference through participation in comprehensive disaster management drills in each
city and training.
