Mr. Yoshimura assists small- to medium-sized companies in their advance into the Chinese market, and assists in business alliances, matching, and technical cooperation in China, in addition to arranging on-site investigative surveys. He is the instructor of JAL Academy’s “Chinese Business Skill-Up Training Course.” He also holds such positions as Taipei Computer Association (TCA) Tokyo Office Japan Representative and Internationalization Support Advisor at the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN. He is also the author of “Practical Techniques for Successful Business with Chinese People” (Sogo Horei Publishing).

Mr. Chen graduated from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology School of Textile Engineering in 1980. He entered Great Bell Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. in 1982. In 1990, he entered the Taiwan Trade Center and became the director of the Tokyo Office in July 2009, after having been director at the Fukuoka branch. He is 52 years old and originally from Nantou County, Taiwan.
