Representatives (Mayor or G
overnor) from member cities gather to convene a plenary meeting once each year in principle.
Reports on the progress/outcome of joint projects are made at the meeting, as well as comprehensive discussions; "Policy Dialogue" and reports of specific measures; "Special Report", for urgent issues of common concern. Important administrative matters are also decided here. Each meeting is concluded with the adoption of a joint declaration.
In addition to the plenary meeting, the ANMC21 also convenes “Working Level Meeting” for the smooth operation and administration of the network including preparations for the plenary meeting. Coordination and exchange of views are conducted at this meeting.
